I love to be in the service of people. I have always worked in areas of helping. I have created this website to be able to help all of you who have questions on what is there different to do...or what is there different to try or see. I currently own my own business, as a matter of fact 3 networking chapters...I help people who own small businesses to get much bigger and increase their bottom line...MONEY!! We accomplish this through building relationships..total key to success! That is what I am doing here, building relationships with you, the viewer!!! I am a photographer, a business builder, I have run a print paper advertising company...sold and created ads...been a legislative secretary and put out fires during the session. I am a motivational speaker, a business trainer..but most of all a lover of people. I was born in Ohio, To a 6'3" tall dark very handsome father and a tiny little 5'1" petite very pretty mother. I have the most wonderful older brother, Billy and my sister Judy, my very best, best friend in the whole world. Through my parents divorcing, my brother, sister and I were seperated. My brother stayed behind in Ohio with a very good friend of his, and my sister and I went to Hawaii with my mom and almost step-dad...and so it begins. Well, then there is the old stories of the wicked step-mother! Well I am here to tell you there is no such thing in my life. My step-mother is my savior! She is the nearest and dearest thing to my heart. Coming from a troubled childhood, with a lot of memories you don't want to remember, some really good and most really, really not good...there she was...knowing me through just letters I wrote her from when I lived in Hawaii with my mom and almost step-dad. Arriving back to the states in the early 1970's, I was sent away from my mom and by that time step-dad. Sent to my dad and step-mother. She was so wonderful, taking me in like I was her own. I loved her from the time I laid eyes on her. And then I found out she was pregnant with my brother!!!! How exciting! Her name is "Rene"...mom to me. She means the world to me...unheard of right? WRONG!! Well...aren't step-dad stories just as bad? In this case, yes and no. I now have the most incredible step-dad in the world who is taking care of my mom who has been very ill needing 24 hour care for the last 6 years. Before that he was an alcoholic in Hawaii and did we ever have our times..but he has been dry from drinking and is a blessing for my mom to have him. My mother and I were able to work out our relationship to become very, very close, a few years after I got married...and that I am so grateful to God for...because now for the last four years she has not been able to communicate..it is so heart breaking, but the Lord allowed us to make things right between us before all of her alzheimer's and brain damage happened. Anyway, I have lived most of my school life in Hawaii and Florida. I graduated school in Ft. Lauderdale and married a man I met who was a life guard at the NCO pool...you see my almost step-dad was stationed there in Hawaii in the Air Force...so there I was and oh...there he was all 6'8" of him....tall, dark and blonde!!! Well to me the man of my dreams....but turned out to only be the father of my kids....well for about 15 years. In the first part of our marriage he entered the Air Force which took us to Goldsboro, North Carolina where both of my kids were born...then off to Germany...WOW..that was awesome. Every minute with those wonderful German people was very precious to me. Learning German was the most fun part...all hands and feet with my neighbor..she was great, four absolute wonderful years, learning everything I could with my opportunity. And I did. I put my kids in the German schools and taught them German...that was the rewarding part, watching them interact with the little german kids! Life is a memory isn't it? Upon leaving Germany, we were stationed at Hill AFB, Utah, after about 6 or 7 years we divorced. And here I still am. But....from that marriage of 15 years, I have two beautiful children..of which can make you young or old real fast! My son is a handsome 6'11" former Marine, and my daughter , a beautiful, bubbly, social butterfly, a survivor of a car accident, almost died, married with a beautiful 7 year old boy. My son has a beautiful 12 year old boy...both of which are the love of my life. In fact, both, my children and grandchildren, I don't think I could exist without any of them! They are the very sparkle of life. I am in my second marriage of 18 years, to a wonderful man named Kim, I guess the old saying...opposites attract...is true...me the out going, all over the place kinda gal, and Kim, very laid back and quiet!!!! How funny! We met at a private bar where me and my gang would go dancing on the weekends...or shall I say Debbie's Fan Club...so I was teased! I had a large group of friends and since I was the life of the party...it didn't start till I arrived....wow..those were the days! And there he was, trying so hard to ask me to dance...but got beat out by other guys. He just wasn't fast enough...till he got pissed and then finally got the guts to just step up...he was so cute, such a handsome guy....a very manly man with a little boy grin....I fell hard.....well the rest is history! |
